This blog seems quite interesting & I look forward to reading about the different things that are occuring while people sleep. I am fortunate to "pass-out" when I finally get the chance to sleep because I am usually exhausted, but sometimes I do have a hard time falling asleep. I guess that is my "sleep problem."

ReplyDeletei would like to take this opportunity to share my problem regarding sleep. my problem is that i am sleepy all the time, i mean i can sleep for 12-13 rs if allowed. i am sick of this situation as it is the wastage of my time. kindly explain why it happens and what should i do.

12-13 hours of sleep is an unusually large amount of time. I'm wondering if you're truely sleeping, in that you might not be getting into all the stages of sleep. Take the sleepiness survey and see how you score. Connie
